Caillen is a member of the Third Faction. Working as a form of security detail in Limbo, she shows up to confront troublemakers in the park. The first individual that Lucifer fights for the sake of the Producer and the camera team, Caillen is no match for the Demon Lord. Depending on the player's answer, Satan will applaud or deride Lucifer for either accepting or blowing off the knight asking for another showdown in the foreseeable future.
Caillen tells Lucifer that she can't stand gore due to her past, with Lucifer agreeing to help her so to strength her hold on her. Lucifer first has Caillen watch a horror movie marathon, this ends with Caillen vomiting all over the floor. Lucifer then had Caillen ride roller coasters with her, with this also resulted in Caillen emptying her stomach. Later Mammon gives Caillen some medicine to stop vomiting, and then gives Lucifer a ridiculously large bill for her services.

A female knight living by a code of honor & glory, Caillen is well trained in swordsmanship. Upright & righteous, committed to upholding peace & order, anyone who dares to cause trouble in Limbo will face her wrath and be judged without mercy. Taking everything seriously and playing by the book, Caillen is bound by her sense of duty; however, she is deathly afraid of something specific, with the sight of it making her panic, regurgitate & be reduced to a mumbling fool.

Abilities In-Game[]
- Passive Skill: Eternal Freeze - Has a number of buffs & counters depending on level. The base Supportive Effect is Healthy Formation, where if Caillen has a minimum of a high percentage of her full HP value on her turn, then the effect activates and all allies' damage taken will be reduced by a percentage for one turn.
- Basic Attack: Ice Slash - Attacks a single target one or more times, then heals the lowest-HP ally by a percentage of Caillen's ATK value; at a higher level, the move does more damage, recovers more HP, and gives a permanent increase to Caillen's base ATK and DEF stats.
- Power Attack: Rising Horn - Heals up to two allies by a triple-digit percentage of Caillen's ATK value and removes their debuffs (excluding passives); at a higher level, the move grants Caillen the Iron Wrist buff.
- Special Move: Death Hug - Deals a triple-digit percentage of Caillen's ATK value as damage to two enemies, and heals the lowest-HP ally by a double-digit percentage of the damage dealt; at a higher level, the move does more damage to enemies, grants all allies the Iron Wrist buff, and gives a permanent 30% increase to Caillen's base ATK stat.
- Support Skill: Ice Shield - Caillen's Supportive Effect arises from her Passive Skill. Healthy Formation II is a second application of the effect, where specifically if her HP > 80% on her turn, then her allies take 15% less damage for one turn.
Trivia[]
- The thing Caillen dreads is the sight of gore, more specifically the sight of innards from a person or creature. This is attributed to her previous life, where she was tortured and saw her own guts before her untimely death.
