Garcias is the group name given to twin sisters Halsey and Ashley, who are both members of the Third Faction. They are the true leaders of the Campus of Seduction within Limbo.

Appearance

The two sisters are a mirror of each other, having a singular horn on their heads' opposing sides, and dressing in separate color dresses with slightly differing styles. What they have in common are the pole-arm weapons they wield together.

Collectively called “The Garcia Sisters”, these twins are the Campus of Seduction’s incumbent President & Vice President, who value & cherish each other above everything else. Halsey is the cheerful, mischievous older twin, with Ashley being equally as naughty under the surface of her well-mannered, strait-laced appearance. As part of the “Four Lords of JK Seduction” who set trends in joshi kōsei fashion, the twins have celebrity status amongst the residents of Limbo. Even so, Halsey & Ashley will often scheme nefarious plots to ostracize anyone who might steal their spot under the limelight of the public’s attention. (Agility)
