Noach is a member of the Third Faction, and one of the Rulers of the Taboo Hospital. Not only is she the director, but she is also it's main surgeon. Noach is a dedicated researcher, with sole focus on her research and with little care for anything else. During the first match between Leviathan and Metatron Noach captures Metatron with the intent of dissecting her, she has Matina hold off Lucifer and Leviathan so she could carry out her Dissection. Later Noach is defeated, and Lucifer and they go off to rescue Metatron.
Later while shopping Lucifer and Leviathan finds a rather ugly doll which resembles Lucifer, upon inspection of it's tag reveals that the dog was manufactured by Taboo Hospital. Lucifer and Leviathan head to Taboo Hospital to meet with Noach, Lucifer then demands that Noach recalls all of her stock of Lucifer themed products and disposed of immediately. Noach shows them her stockpile of Lucifer themed goods and that Mammon is her business partner, they say that the products will be gone soon and that limited edition makes them more money.
